Green Volt's plug-in solar packages are designed for customers who want a simple way to participate in renewable energy ownership.
Before purchasing, customers should consider:
• Available sunlight at the installation location
• A safe and suitable ground-mount location
• Local utility requirements and applicable regulations
• The customer's ability to follow manufacturer installation instructions • Whether professional electrical assistance is appropriate for their situation Plug-in solar can be a valuable energy solution; however, performance depends on location, sunlight exposure, equipment setup, weather conditions, and proper use.
Understanding Your Green Volt System
Green Volt provides equipment packages that may include:
• Solar panels
• BDM-1200-LV microinverter
• Mounting components
• Approved cables and connectors
• AC connection equipment included with the product package
The BDM-1200-LV microinverter converts DC electricity generated by the solar panels into AC electricity for the intended application.
Customers must operate all equipment according to manufacturer documentation and safety instructions.

Green Volt provides:
• Equipment supply
• Product information
• Manufacturer documentation
• Customer education Green Volt does not provide:
• Electrical installation
• Electrical system modifications
• Home electrical inspections
• Utility approval services
• Permitting services unless specifically stated
Customers are responsible for installation decisions and ensuring proper use of the equipment.
Installation Requirements Before installation, customers should confirm:
• The location receives adequate sunlight
• The ground-mount area is stable and suitable
• Equipment will not create a safety hazard
• Panels are protected from physical damage
• Wiring is protected from moisture, UV exposure, and damage
• The system is installed away from hazards such as vehicles, landscaping equipment, or falling objects
Electrical Safety Warnings
Solar equipment produces electricity and must be treated as electrical equipment.
DO NOT:
• Modify factory components
• Cut or alter cables
• Remove safety connectors
• Bypass the BDM-1200-LV microinverter
• Use damaged cords, connectors, or equipment
• Use unauthorized adapters
• Attempt internal repairs
Only use equipment as supplied and according to manufacturer instructions.
Electrical Connection Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring the electrical connection is appropriate for the equipment.

• Follow manufacturer connection instructions
• Avoid unauthorized wiring methods
• Consult a qualified electrical professional if unsure Green Volt does not verify a customer's existing electrical system.
BDM-1200-LV Microinverter Safety
The BDM-1200-LV microinverter is a critical component of the solar system.
Customers should:
• Operate the unit according to manufacturer instructions
• Protect the equipment from damage
• Never open, repair, or modify the unit
• Stop operation if the equipment appears damaged
Only qualified personnel should service electrical components.
Performance Expectations Solar production varies depending on:
• Geographic location
• Sunlight availability
• Panel orientation
• Weather conditions
• Seasonal changes
• Installation conditions
Customers understand that actual energy production may vary from estimates.
Maintenance and Inspection
Customers should periodically inspect:
• Solar panels
• Mounting structure
• BDM-1200-LV microinverter
• Wiring and connectors
• Signs of physical or weather damage
Stop using the system if:
• Wiring is damaged
• Components appear burned, melted, cracked, or damaged

Equipment Purchase Agreement & Customer
Responsibility Acknowledgment Nature of Purchase Customer acknowledges that Green Volt LLC provides solar equipment and related components for purchase.
Green Volt operates as an equipment supplier and is not acting as:
• An electrical contractor
• An installer
• An engineer
• A utility representative
• An inspector
• A permitting authority
The customer is responsible for determining the suitability, installation requirements, and use of the equipment.
Customer Responsibilities
Customer acknowledges:
• Green Volt does not install, connect, wire, configure, inspect, or approve the customer's electrical system.
• Green Volt does not verify electrical service, circuits, outlets, property conditions, or installation locations.
• Customer is responsible for safe installation and use of the equipment according to manufacturer instructions and applicable requirements.
• Improper installation, modification, misuse, or failure to follow instructions may create risks including equipment damage, electrical hazards, property damage, fire, or personal injury. No Modification of Equipment Customer agrees:
• Not to modify supplied equipment
• Not to alter factory wiring, connectors, or safety components
• Not to bypass safety features
• Not to use unauthorized accessories or adapters
• Not to attempt internal repairs
Any modification or misuse may void applicable warranties and create unsafe conditions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Green Volt shall not be responsible for damages resulting from:
• Improper installation
• Incorrect electrical connections
• Failure to follow manufacturer instructions
• Unauthorized modifications
• Misuse of equipment
• Installation in unsuitable locations
• Failure to comply with applicable requirements
Green Volt shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in this agreement limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

By purchasing from Green Volt LLC, the customer acknowledges:
